This website

This notice covers the gymnerve.com website and signing in to the GymNerve app with Google. The website has no sign-up form, no analytics and no advertising. It does not set cookies of its own.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to talk about GymNerve for your gym. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Signing in with Google

Gym owners and staff can sign in to the GymNerve app with their Google account. When you do, Google shares three things with us: your name, your email address and your profile picture. We ask for nothing else. GymNerve cannot read your Gmail, your contacts, your files or anything else in your Google account.

We use this information only to create your GymNerve login, to recognise you when you sign in again, and to show your name to your gym's team in the app. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run GymNerve for us, listed below.

GymNerve's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove GymNerve's access at any time in your Google Account settings, and you can ask us to delete your GymNerve login by writing to us.

Services we use

The website and the app are hosted on Vercel. The app's logins and records are stored with Supabase, on servers in Mumbai, India. Google provides Sign in with Google, and our email is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web and email services, they may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the time of a request, to run and protect their services.

The GymNerve app

The GymNerve app will hold gym and member records. Before any gym's data goes into it, we will publish a full privacy policy for the app that covers those records.
